VILIQ AI is an AI assistant. It helps you plan, think, organise and create. It is offered by X TECH AUST PTY LIMITED in Australia.

VILIQ AI is in beta. Features may change, and content may be regenerated or improved without notice.

VILIQ AI provides general information and education. It is not financial, legal, medical or professional advice.

VILIQ AI is not a licensed financial adviser, lawyer, doctor, accountant or therapist, and nothing it produces should be treated as advice from one. Where a question needs a professional, VILIQ AI will say so rather than answer it.

VILIQ AI does not promise outcomes, returns or income.

You must be 18 or older — or the age of legal majority where you live, if that is higher — to create a VILIQ AI account, operate a workspace, or accept these terms.

Children do not hold VILIQ AI accounts and do not create accounts with any provider VILIQ AI uses. Where a VILIQ AI product is used with or for children — Kids & Family, or KidSafe — it is set up and run by a parent or guardian, who is responsible for it.

Kids & Family is operated by a parent or guardian. It narrates with approved adult VILIQ AI voices; it does not record, collect or send a child's voice.

Child voice collection and enrolment are not available. They would need, first, a parent or guardian verified by an independent provider together with their separate, recorded consent, and second, a voice provider that has agreed in writing to accept a child's voice on those terms. Until both are in place, VILIQ AI does not offer them.

AI can be confidently wrong. Check anything that matters before you act on it — particularly numbers, names, dates, quotes and legal or medical claims.

You are responsible for what you send, publish or decide based on VILIQ AI's output.

VILIQ AI suggests and drafts. It does not send messages, book time, make purchases or file anything externally.

If connectors are added later, each external action will require a connected account and your explicit approval for that specific action.

What you write stays yours. VILIQ AI needs a limited licence to process it in order to answer you — nothing more.

You are responsible for having the right to use anything you upload or paste.

Do not use VILIQ AI to harm people, to break the law, to generate content that sexualises minors, to build weapons, or to impersonate someone in order to deceive.

Do not use VILIQ AI to give a minor access to adult content, gambling or financial products.

During beta, VILIQ AI is provided as-is and may be unavailable at times.

No charge is made without a plan you have deliberately chosen and confirmed.
